What counts for us is a personal interview! Therefore, please don’t send us a cover letter. Please use our application form to send us your curriculum vitae, your diplomas and other relevant certificates. Your past is important to us during the interview, but we want to focus more on your plans for the future and are curious to see what you can tell us about it.

We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. To give you appropriate feedback, your documents will be reviewed both by our HR team and by an expert from the relevant department. If your application made us curious about you, we would like to get to know you better. Don’t be surprised; the first contact can also be a spontaneous call from our recruiter or hiring manager.

Because additional to our high demands on our work, we attach great importance to the fact that we fit together on a personal base. That’s why there will be also a round where the team meets you after you’ve convinced us in the second interview.

It’s important to us to not just get professionally along. That’s why we involve our employees in the application process so that they can get to know potential new colleagues. We don’t have a dress code. Expertise and personality are more important to us than a chic suit or costume. Just stay yourself!

Whether you visit your colleagues at our other locations from time to time depends entirely on how many tasks and responsibilities you have with the respective countries. However, at least once every year, all international teams meet up in Berlin.

The interviews are usually conducted in the local language.
